Announcing the first in the 2017-18 Music Box Concert Series for families with young children sponsored by the Music Department in the Caine College of the Arts.
Our first concert will feature the USU Jazz Combo, an ensemble of excellent undergraduate students coached by Dr. Max Matzen. Join us in room 104 at 11 am on October 7, 2017 to hear the combo perform, introduce their unique instruments, and teach the audience about the art of improvisation using a familiar folk song. This concert is free, open to the public. Plan to wear comfortable clothing for fun movement activities. Bring your friends to help us kick off USU’s Year of the Arts
The room will open at 10:45 am. Space is limited so arrive early!
Seating is on the floor. For you may want to bring a pillow or a blanket.
